Booking an Intensive Driving Course in Gateshead

If you’ve never taken any driving lessons before, you may be surprised to hear that there are things no one tells you about learning to drive. You may not realise, for example, that some companies will drag out your lessons over months, meaning you end up paying over the odds. Meanwhile, others will say that you can pass quickly, only to reveal that their ‘5 day’ course comes with a long wait tacked on at the end.

We say no to all of that. Instead, we offer courses that deliver on the things customers really want. For starters, you have the choice of anywhere from a short, 5-hour refresher course through to a 48-hour option designed for a total beginner. You can even check our course recommender if you’re not sure which is best for you. We offer flexible payment options, too, and, subject to approval, you can even pay in instalments!

Interested in automatic driving lessons in Gateshead?

Automatic cars are growing in popularity across the UK, as more drivers are discovering smoother drives with no gear changes or clutch control to worry about. We can help you to learn to drive in an automatic, too—just select this as your preferred transmission when you book in, and we’ll assign you a suitable instructor here in Gateshead.

Another thing you may not realise is that some learners end up waiting months just to take their practical test. That’s not the case with us, though—we’ll secure you an early test appointment, so you can get your licence fast. What’s more, you’ll be taking your lessons with a top, DVSA-approved driving instructor in your area, meaning you’ll be in good hands when you’re behind the wheel.

It’s little wonder that so many students have come to PassMeFast. (Just take a look at our reviews to hear from them in their own words!) Practical Test Centres in Gateshead

One piece of advice we always give to our learners is to get to know their local test centre. It won’t mean a guaranteed pass, but it certainly will provide a solid foundation for the rest of your test. If you live locally, the Gateshead test centre, which lies close to the Metrocentre, will probably be the best option, though you may also wish to consider Elswick and South Shields depending on your exact location.

Theory Test Centres in Gateshead

Though Gateshead doesn’t have its own centre for the theory test, you won’t need to travel far to take it. In fact, it’ll be a simple hop across the Tyne Bridge to the Newcastle theory test centre! Alternatively, you can head east towards the coast, and to the Sunderland theory test centre.

Haven't taken your theory test yet?

Though taking your theory test pass certificate to your practical test isn’t always necessary, passing your theory before taking your practical test is a requirement—and there’s no way around it! If you’ve not yet booked your theory, why not let PassMeFast do it for you? Simply add a theory test onto your course, and we’ll arrange it at a local test centre.

Driving Around Gateshead

As you learn to drive, you build up muscle memory. This is what comes into play when you’re able to effortlessly perform a smooth gear change while checking your mirrors. As well as this more unconscious ability, you’ll also notice that you’re getting to know the local roads in your area. So, what can you expect to come across when driving around Gateshead?
