Learning to drive shouldn’t be about pricey “guaranteed pass” offers, inflexible courses or waiting around for a test—especially when you could be out exploring London’s vibrant streets. Instead, choose a driving school that sorts out the admin for you, letting you focus on the road ahead. PassMeFast is the intensive driving school with a difference. To find out what sets us apart, read on for full details on our intensive driving courses in Redbridge.
PassMeFast specialises in intensive driving lessons. This doesn’t mean we’ll make you squeeze all of your tuition into a 5 day period, though—it simply means that we’ll help you to gain the skills you need at a much faster pace than traditional lessons.
With us, you can take things at a fully intensive pace with up to five hours per day, or fit lessons around your schedule by opting for sessions as short as two hours. Even with this ‘semi-intensive’ option, though, you’ll still be on the road well ahead of the usual timeframe.
Automatic cars are gaining traction on Britain’s roads, with learners in cities particularly enamoured with the vehicles for their lack of clutch pedal or gears. PassMeFast are believers in choice, so we offer all of our courses in both manual and automatic cars—it’s up to you! Check out our automatic courses page for information.
A key reason for this is that we book fast-track practical tests, using methods such as driving test cancellations. Thanks to this, your test will not only take place at a time and date that meets your requirements, but will also be well ahead of the standard waiting times you’ll typically find if booking directly from the DVSA.
Once your test date is secured, we’ll assign you one of our DVSA-registered instructors, whose experience and friendly demeanour will help you to gain in confidence behind the wheel. Meanwhile, you’ll also have your own Booking Agent looking after all the necessary admin for your course.

Here in this borough, there’s not one, but two practical test centres for students to decide between. A good way to think about which to choose is to divide the borough roughly in half: if you’re in the west, try Wanstead; in the east, go for Goodmayes. For a few learners in the Woodford area in the far north of the borough, Chingford test centre in neighbouring Waltham Forest may be worth considering, too.
And did you know almost 9 in 10 people pass their driving test in the first three attempts? That’s why we’ve introduced PassProtect — giving you three attempts for the price of one.
The idea of taking your driving test might seem daunting, but we have some tricks up our sleeve to make it less scary. During your driving lessons, your instructor will help you familiarise yourself with the local driving test centre route and the skills you need to pass. Before you know it, you’ll know the roads and roundabouts like the back of your hand. And did you know almost 9 in 10 people pass their driving test in the first three attempts? PassMeTheory is an online theory revision session, where we go over the most difficult areas of the test. 9 out of 10 people said they felt more confident about their test after their session.
Not every learner realises it, but there’s a specific order you need to take your tests in: your theory test comes first, and only then can you book in a practical test. That’s why it’s important to pass your theory test in good time. If you’d like us to arrange this for you, we can—just add a theory test onto your course when you book in.
The M11, which links the capital to Cambridge, has its end point here in Redbridge, where it meets the North Circular Road. As you can imagine, this can result in some fairly complex junctions for drivers to cross, such as Charlie Brown’s Roundabout, as well as the Redbridge Roundabout further to the south. It also makes motorway lessons with your instructor a possibility—though you can rest assured that motorway driving won’t feature on your test itself.
Other common features you’ll need to look out for on the roads of Redbridge include bus lanes (plus their hours of operation) and urban clearways—typically marked by double red lines running along the edge of the carriageway. On certain roads, the national speed limit will apply, with the recognisable black diagonal line through a white circle informing you that this in force.
If you’re not located in this patch of East London, there’s no need to worry—our intensive driving courses are available across the capital, so you’re still covered! Follow the links in the list below to hear more about what we have to offer in some nearby areas.
