Booking Intensive Driving Lessons in Redbridge

PassMeFast specialises in intensive driving lessons. This doesn’t mean we’ll make you squeeze all of your tuition into a 5 day period, though—it simply means that we’ll help you to gain the skills you need at a much faster pace than traditional lessons.

With us, you can take things at a fully intensive pace with up to five hours per day, or fit lessons around your schedule by opting for sessions as short as two hours. Even with this ‘semi-intensive’ option, though, you’ll still be on the road well ahead of the usual timeframe.

Interested in automatic intensive driving lessons in Redbridge?

Automatic cars are gaining traction on Britain’s roads, with learners in cities particularly enamoured with the vehicles for their lack of clutch pedal or gears. PassMeFast are believers in choice, so we offer all of our courses in both manual and automatic cars—it’s up to you! Check out our automatic courses page for information.

A key reason for this is that we book fast-track practical tests, using methods such as driving test cancellations. Thanks to this, your test will not only take place at a time and date that meets your requirements, but will also be well ahead of the standard waiting times you’ll typically find if booking directly from the DVSA.

Once your test date is secured, we’ll assign you one of our DVSA-approved instructors, whose experience and friendly demeanour will help you to gain in confidence behind the wheel. Meanwhile, you’ll also have your own Booking Agent looking after all the necessary admin for your course.

Practical Driving Test Centres in Redbridge

Here in this borough, there’s not one, but two practical test centres for students to decide between. A good way to think about which to choose is to divide the borough roughly in half: if you’re in the west, try Wanstead; in the east, go for Goodmayes. For a few learners in the Woodford area in the far north of the borough, Chingford test centre in neighbouring Waltham Forest may be worth considering, too.

Theory Test Centres in Redbridge

Finding a theory test centre in London isn’t always easy—with only eight to serve the capital’s eight million people, there’s not a lot to go around! Fortunately, one of those theory test centres is in Ilford, right here in Redbridge. As such, this is the obvious place for local learners to take their test.

Haven't taken your theory test yet?

Not every learner realises it, but there’s a specific order you need to take your tests in: your theory test comes first, and only then can you book in a practical test. That’s why it’s important to pass your theory test in good time. If you’d like us to arrange this for you, we can—just add a theory test onto your course when you book in.

Driving Around Redbridge

The M11, which links the capital to Cambridge, has its end point here in Redbridge, where it meets the North Circular Road. As you can imagine, this can result in some fairly complex junctions for drivers to cross, such as Charlie Brown’s Roundabout, as well as the Redbridge Roundabout further to the south. It also makes motorway lessons with your instructor a possibility—though you can rest assured that motorway driving won’t feature on your test itself.

Other common features you’ll need to look out for on the roads of Redbridge include bus lanes (plus their hours of operation) and urban clearways—typically marked by double red lines running along the edge of the carriageway. On certain roads, the national speed limit will apply, with the recognisable black diagonal line through a white circle informing you that this in force.
