By car

If someone’s nice enough to offer you a lift to the test centre, they just need to type L1 5AS into a sat nav and follow the instructions. As with all city centres, this area can get very busy, so try to avoid booking a test during rush hour if you intend to arrive by car.

Parking

The test centre does not provide on-site parking, but luckily you have more than a few options in the surrounding area. The most convenient option, Hanover Street car park, is only a 3-minute walk away, and they charge £5.80 for 2 hours of parking. With over 500 spaces available, it's unlikely you'll struggle to find a space, but there are plenty of other parking options around should you need them.

Pass Rates by Year

Though the Liverpool test centre’s pass rates have taken a bit of a dip in the past few years, they are above the national average, which is always a good sign! Plus, it’s important to remember that pass rates don’t actually have much bearing on your personal performance. The theory test is the same no matter where you take it.
