Terms and Conditions for the PassMeFast UKC Giveaway

The following terms and conditions apply to the PassMeFast UKC Giveaway Competition.

1. Entries accepted until 11:59pm on 31st August 2023
2. Entries limited to one per person
3. Entry via the UKC form or UKC Social form are the only ways to enter the giveaway and entries may not be submitted by any other means
4. Prize value up to £2,000 only — this can be redeemed off the value of larger courses
5. Winner must activate course via our customer support team by 4^th March 2024
6. One winner will be selected at random from eligible entries on Monday 4^th September 2023
7. Winner will be contacted via details supplied
8. Winner will have 7 days to accept their prize otherwise an alternative winner will be chosen.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
10. The prize excludes any fast-tracked tests or PassProtect.
11. PassMeFast has the right to withdraw the competition at any time.
12. The giveaway is subject to availability of an appropriate Approved Driving Instructor covering the geographical area associated with the winners postcode. PassMeFast will endeavour to secure an Approved Driving Instructor who covers the postcodes of the selected winners, however where this is not possible, travel by the winners to a lesson pick up location may be required.
13. The giveaway is open to residents of mainland England, Scotland & Wales, aged 18 or over only with a valid Provisional Drivers License except: PassMeFast employees or their families.
14. Entries may be disqualified if: a) they are made on the basis of a false name or other false entry details; b) there has been an attempt to tamper or interfere with the entry process; c) they are made using results generated by a script, macro or the use of an automated device.
15. By registering for this giveaway, you consent to our reasonable use and publication of any information provided by you.
16. We accept no responsibility where participants are erroneously notified as being winners for any reason (including hacking, technical faults, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) and we reserve the right not to issue prizes in these circumstances.
17. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

19. Entrants to the giveaway shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms
